When you are working with a client 1:1 online the struggle of communication and getting your ideas across can be difficult! Tone, excitement, and vibe can easily be lost in email form or it feels like you typing out a novel describing your every thought. I felt this way when working with my web design clients and I wanted to share how to communicate easily with your clients using Loom.
I like to be very detailed in my communication. This provides an extra level of security and customer service to my clients that I cannot go without. On my journey of finding communication tools that were both high quality, budget-friendly, and most importantly user friendly I found the Chrome app called Loom.
Loom is a screen recording platform that allows you to record your computer screen, front-facing camera, and mic. I use Loom to communicate client design concepts, film tutorials to teach my clients how to use their websites, and produce content for my business and social media.
As an affiliate I receive a small percentage of sales for our link, All opinions are my own! I only recommend things I trust and have tried!
What I love about loom is it’s free for my clients also to record their feedback and leave comments directly on the videos! It has streamlined my communication and my teachings! Loom is budget friendly having both free and paid accounts.
If you are a service provider or in the tech field, I highly recommend this tool for your business!
