I like to be very detailed in my communication. This provides an extra level of security and customer service to my clients that I cannot go without. On my journey of finding communication tools that were both high quality, budget-friendly, and most importantly user friendly I found the Chrome app called Loom.

Loom is a screen recording platform that allows you to record your computer screen, front-facing camera, and mic. I use Loom to communicate client design concepts, film tutorials to teach my clients how to use their websites, and produce content for my business and social media.
